Classes
Classes are currently available in Shandaken/Phoenicia/Woodstock areas and New York city parks. For instruction on the Delaware/Willow/Beaverkill, drop a line.
101 classes provide all the basic gear for your group (shore casting). Advanced courses (ex. euronymphing) assume you have waders and boots. If you need any gear, let me know and will do my best to accomodate.

Euronymphing Clinic (Tightlining) • 2 hours
$200/solo, $150/person (Max 4)
$150/hour for add'l on-water guided practice
Assumes basic fly fishing knowledge. An in-depth instruction on euronymphing, a technique considered to be the most effective at catching fish in any season and condition. Heavy tungsten weighted flies are suspended below the water surface where the fish actively feed. You'll typically catch more fish and bigger fish, even during times many consider "unfishable". I've caught 50+ fish a day on days when others catch nothing using this technique.
